The Hendry Educational Support Personnel Association (HESPA) is the exclusive bargaining agent (Association/Union) that represents all the support staff employees of Hendry County Public Schools.  We negotiate and enforce your contract through an excellent working relationship with the School Board, Superintendent, and Administration.  HESPA has been the Union since May 12, 1994, and have negotiated the contract that is in place today.  Each year contract negotiations occur on your wages, hours, and working conditions.  Without HESPA, there would be no contract to protect you as an employee.  There is strength in numbers and currently, HESPA needs over 80 more members to ensure you have a contract next year.
